This unique wooden chess set includes a variety of thoughtfully sourced products. The set includes the perfectly matched Mahogany chessboard that was crafted in our workshop in Greece by skillful artisans using the Art of Marquetry. The chessmen are weighted and feature a 8.5cm King's height.
Carefully selected wood veneers, traditional designs and special craftsmanship using the art of Marquetry give life to our Wooden Chess collection.

Beautiful chess board. The wood work is exceptional. To put it another way, the green plush that goes under each piece does not seem to be cut and glued very well. But anyway very happy with the purchase.
