Giants, the tremendous sons of Mother Earth, rose against Zeus, the King of the Olympian Gods. No one could stand by his side better, but his favorite son,the strongest hero Greece ever met, Hercules. His son fought with the other Gods against the Giants, whose power grew every time they touched the Earth.A number of myths followed the course of the battle and the final victory of the Olympians went down in history.
Zeus (King) The King of the Olympian Gods, is the leader of the war against the Giants (Pawn), with Hercules (Pawn) by his side. Athena (Queen), the Goddess of Wisdom and Ares (Bishop) the God of War, left their differences aside and fought together. The figure of the Knight is inspired by the mythical creatures called the Centaurs, and the Castle is an Ionian pillar, according to the architectural style of the period.
